Financial Snapshot and Appeal

2013-04-16T15:38:09+10:00

The community we have here at St Canice is very generous. We are a very active parish and have a long history of hands-on compassion. Every time we have been challenged to respond to a new set of circumstances we have responded without flinching.
As the recent months of renewal activity have been taking place there has also been a renewed focus on the financial affairs of the parish, principally to assess how able we might be to take on more activity and to become more disciplined about budgets, expenditure, future costs, etc.

Our planned and weekly contributions are declining while operating costs are trending upwards.

There has not been a request for parishioners to increase their planned-giving for several years, so we ask that you consider increasing your regular contribution, ideally through our planned giving program. Forms are available on the table at the back of the church and in the online attachment below to facilitate direct credit payments.

Thank you for your generosity.

Please click here to read the whole address and find the Standing Order Form for Planned-giving.

Is there a planned giving program other than by credit card? Can parishioners support planned giving by direct credit to a Parish bank account?

Thank you for your kind offer. We do look after the needs of some of the guests who come to Canice Kitchen. Please let me know what you would like to give us, and I can respond better.
      Thank you,
      Michqael
